Professional Bio

Somtochukwu is a Nigerian and has a background in law, specifically as a licensed attorney in Nigeria, and has completed a master’s degree in law at Penn State Law. Currently, Somtochukwu is a Ph.D. student in Education Policy Studies with a minor in African Studies in Penn State University. Somtochukwu's main areas of focus are sustainable development policies and education. Somtochukwu is passionate about finding innovative solutions that connect legal and educational systems to promote sustainable development.
