Professional Bio
Nana-Anna Abaka-Cann is a legal practitioner, a certified mediator and arbitrator, and a gender advocate. She holds an LLB(Ghana), an LLM (USA) and was called to the Ghanaian bar in October 2015. She is doctoral student at the Department of Education Policy Studies with a minor in African Studies at the Pennsylvania State University. She is a Graduate assistant at the Africana Research Centre at Penn State. Her interests include corporate law, commercial law, alternative disputes resolution, gender studies, and the nexus between education and law.
