Professional Bio

Lawrencia Owusu-Ansah is currently enrolled in the M.A. in International Affairs with a minor in African Studies. She is a Ghanaian and grew up in the Ashanti Region. She earned her first degree in B.A. Political Studies and a minor in Sociology at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi. Her concentration in African Development stems from a heartfelt commitment to uplift vulnerable people and help in creating a sustainable opportunity for individual wellbeing and growth across African Continent. She is dedicated to supporting unprivileged communities by addressing fundamental issues on hunger and water security.

Her academic career goal is to become an international development analyst where she can apply her skills and knowledge to address pressing challenges facing vulnerable communities. She hopes to contribute to development efforts that bring meaningful change, a future where essential resources are accessible to every individual to improve their well-being.
